Open Positions
At PrimeXM, we are looking for someone who can bring order to our Microsoft infrastructure – from Active Directory to the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem. We need not just an admin, but a specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft products, strategic thinking, and the readiness to take responsibility for the security and reliability of our IT environment.
Responsibilities
– Audit and organise Active Directory – from OU and group structure to GPOs and access models
– Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview / DLP – implement sensitivity labels and retention policies
– Manage Microsoft Defender (Office 365, Endpoint)
– Ensure security and access management in SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
– Deploy and maintain Microsoft Intune
– Configure MFA – conduct access audits – maintain documentation – train users
Requirements
– 3+ years of experience with Microsoft products
– Strong knowledge of Windows Server
– Excellent understanding of Active Directory – structure, GPOs, access
– Experience with Microsoft 365 – Purview, DLP, Compliance Center, Entra ID, Intune
– Knowledge of Zero Trust, RBAC, and MFA principles
– Skills in PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages
– Knowledge of GDPR and DORA principles – understanding of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements
– English – B1 level or higher
– Responsibility, initiative, and the ability to make architectural decisions
Nice to have
Experience in fintech or the forex industry
– Experience working in mixed Windows + Linux environments
– Knowledge of monitoring systems – Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.
– Understanding of network protocols and experience managing firewall rules
– Experience with Windows troubleshooting tools – WinDbg, Perfmon, Sysinternals

You will work with institutional clients worldwide, promoting our cutting-edge solutions, building strong relationships, and creating new business opportunities.
– Develop and close international B2B deals
– Promote PrimeXM’s core solutions: bridges, APIs, and FIX connectivity
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients
– Understand client needs and liaise with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
– Represent PrimeXM at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
– Experience working with international markets and institutional clients
– Knowledge of bridges, APIs, FIX protocol, and trading platforms
– Self-driven, results-oriented, and strong negotiation skills
– Fluent English (spoken and written)
– Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
– Understanding of liquidity aggregation and trading infrastructure
– Additional language skills
