May 2022 Highlights

  • PrimeXM XCore Community marks 12 continuous months with volume above 1 trln. The total registered volume in May was  $1.147.72 trillion across all 4 major Data Centers (LD4, NY4, TY3 and SG1). The Average Daily Volume (ADV) in April was $52.17 billion, -4.87% MoM vs April and +21.89% YoY increase.
  • Total executed transactions by the Community in May were 43.07 million,  +5.65% MoM and +56.22% YoY vs May 2021.  London (LD4 data center) continues to be the busiest, where $868 billion were transacted, Tokyo (TY3) comes second with $166 billion, NY4 with $109 billion and Singapore SG1 data center with $4.72 billion.
  • Traders & Investors prefer to transact the most in Gold with 29.8% of all volume, followed by EURUSD (16.1%), GBPUSD (11%). The three major equity indices #US30, #US100 and #Germany40 represent 20% of all transacted volumes.
  • of all volume during April, followed by EURUSD (16.2%), GBPUSD (11.2%) and JPY against USD, GBP and EUR (combined up to  ~10%).  3 major equity indices #US30, #US100 and #Germany40 represent ¼ of all transacted volumes by the XCore Community.
