  • Technical Account Manager, Cyprus
    Job Description

    A Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for interacting with our existing and new clients. The TAM will be proving support and managing the relationship between PrimeXM and the clients, focusing on advising clients regarding our offer, applying technical solutions, and seeking opportunities to develop business. The TAM will develop a strong technical understanding of PrimeXM’s system and services as well as the client’s setups, identifying trends and cross-selling solutions to clients. Additionally, the TAM must ensure clients are fully leveraging our system’s capability to satisfy their business requirements.

    The TAM, should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. The ideal candidate should also, be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.

    Ultimately, the TAM will be providing technical, product and business knowledge to support sales process and strengthen customer relationships.

    Main Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing support to clients and responding to, investigating, and resolving client queries. Client facing experience is mandatory, with corporate or institutional experience. The role involves supporting in-house bespoke trading systems software, and MetaTrader 4 server. The role includes working on multiple projects and requests simultaneously, as part of a team of Technical Support Engineers.

    Main Responsibilities 
    • Understand and carry out requests and requirements from Technical Account Managers and clients.
    • New client on-boarding and modifications to existing client setups.
    • Deploy updates and perform maintenance of software components and applications.
    • Working on a mixture of “business as usual” tasks, as well as specific queries from clients.
    • Incident Management, and handle emergencies quickly and efficiently.
    • Resolve or escalate any issues highlighted by monitoring system alerts, discovered during checks, or reported by clients.
    • Following an escalation chain, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that requests and queries are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Problem Management and prioritising tasks and requests.
    • Proactive monitoring of the live environments with daily and weekly checks.

  • Junior Infrastructure Engineer, Cyprus
    Job Description

    A Junior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for providing first level network support, equipment maintenance and front-line customer support for all Telecom Systems under the Network Operations group. Those include Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Dell etc equipment, and ESXi platforms – server farms across all PrimeXM POPs.

    The position requires an energetic and mature individual who can function independently within the company strategy and be a cohesive and complementary team member. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide regular after-hours on-call support.

    Main Responsibilities
    • Work in the Network Operations Center monitoring corporate.
    • Excellent customer service (by being courteous, knowledgeable, and professional) and communication skills (chat, email, phone, and in person).
    • Troubleshoot network/system issues across a wide range of firewalls, routers, switches, modems, wireless controllers, servers, and other devices.
    • Installing, maintaining, programming and testing networking hardware (wired and wireless, cabling, etc.).
    • Knowledge and experience with Layer 1-7 troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge and experience with SNMP protocol.
    • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware/KVM is a plus.
    • Utilize the trouble ticket system to log all requests and activities including documentation of special requests and customizations considered important for future support.
    • Produce and update process and support documentation.
    • Monitor the operational support systems to proactively identify service impacting events relating to IT, network, and facility conditions.
